Visiting Aunt Cloma & Uncle Bill

Aspen and I are having a wonderful time visiting our family in Colorado. For the most part we have done nothing more than eat and relax, but we did make a trip down to Telluride with Uncle B. Aspen was so excieted to ride the gondola up the mountain. We then found a park for her to play at. The temp was probably in the low 70's but that didn't keep Aspen from playing in the ice cold river created from snow melt in the mountains. This evening we are going to meet with our cousins Ian and Asa in Ouray for some dinner. I am sure I will have more pictures to share. We will have one more day here before we begin our journey back home to Arkansas on Friday. Oh, I am adding a picture of a cow we saw that has a bullseye on his head.

Were Finally Moving!!!!!

We are still in a bit of disbelief, but we have a signed contract on our home! Our close date is August 25th so we don't have a lot of time to get our financing up and running again and find a new place, but we welcome the challenge.
This past week has been busy, as usual. Aspen and I had a great day with the Valarezo's on Wednesday. We got rained out at the water park so we went to The Wonder Place so the girls could play indoors. They loved it. Aspen then spent a couple of days with her Maw Maw and Paw Paw. Saturday I picked her up and we went to Morgan's 2nd birthday party.
These pictures are of the week events and of us swimming with Kelley.

4th of July Weekend!

Wow! What a fun weekend we had with friends. Friday, the Valarezo's and Norton's came up to our house to celebrate. The big girls had a blast playing in the little pool and swing set. The baby girls had fun meeting each other too. The guys shot off fireworks for the girls and then we attended a local fireworks show. The Norton's had to return home that evening, but we talked the Valarezo's into staying the night, so Aspen had her first sleep over! Saturday morning we woke up, ate breakfast, and went to Beaver Fork Lake. Aspen and Amelia had a good time playing in the water together. That afternoon we returned home and caught up on some precious rest. We ended the weekend with a trip down to Sheridan to see Granny and Poppa. Aspen sure enjoyed the watermelon! Thad, Aspen, and I had such a wonderful time with our friends and family. We are truely blessed to have such wonderful people in our life!

We did have a couple come view our home early Friday morning. They stayed for 2 hours and really liked our home. This morning our realtor called and said the couple wanted to know what our utilities expenses were, they are working with a banker to try and get financing. We are hopeful that this couple will make us a good offer. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
